Lived in San Francisco and moved to the South of France where she and her husband James bought a vineyard. She is an amazing cook, is probably close to having a thousand cookbooks and unlike some of us, she has actually read all of them! Her knowledge of cooking and food is endless and she has always been aware of living a healthy lifestyle.
In October 2014, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which was a surprise to all the people around her because she was so healthy.
Since then she has done so much research on what being healthy actually is and healthier ways to cook. She is now living cancer-free through diet and alternative medicine, and for that she is an inspiration.
She is also a talented painter, sculptor and is the interior designer of Herrick House.

Spent her early years growing up on a vineyard in the South of France, studied design and trained as a chef at the Ballymaloe Cookery School, which unlike any other cookery school in the world, is situated on their very own 100 acre organic farm, teaching students how to cook with the finest quality ingredients.
She then worked on luxury yachts, restaurants, private villas, wedding catering and retreats around the world and was the Head Chef at The Detox Kitchen in London for over a year.
She has since set up the Herrick Kitchen here in Narbonne which delivers delicious lunch boxes around town along with catering events.
She believes in a healthy balanced diet using fresh, organic, seasonal produce and also specializes in vegetarian, vegan, healthy alternatives and dietary requirements.
